About Powalia

Powalia — Last updated: 1 August 2026 · Version 1.0

Powalia is a well-being app devoted to menopause, nutrition and lifestyle habits. It provides informational, educational and motivational support — it has no medical purpose and provides no care.

Our mission

To help women better understand their daily life (food, sleep, energy, how they feel) and track their habits, respecting their autonomy and choices, through education rather than injunctions.

The tools

A personal tracking journal, informational analyses (nutritional estimates that may be assisted by artificial intelligence), content and programmes, exercises, and a community space, the Circle. These estimates and content are provided for information only.

What Powalia is not

Powalia is not a medical device: it makes no diagnosis, prescribes or changes no treatment and does not replace the advice of a healthcare professional. It complements, without replacing, the advice of qualified professionals. See the “Important notice — well-being and medical limits”.

Publisher

Powalia is published by Palta Negra LLC — 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Suite N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. Contact: contact@powalia.com.

The founder

Powalia was founded by Frédérique Chataigner, originator of the well-being approach on which the app is based. Powalia offers well-being support and claims no medical or therapeutic outcome.
